띵동! 마르디 엠버 계정으로 DM이 왔어요. 

16년 전, 엠버의 빨간 코트를 입고 입학식에 갔던

꼬마 엠버가 이제 성인이 되어

엠버 어른용 패딩을 입고 늦둥이 동생과 함께

엠버를 즐기고 있다는 반가운 소식이었어요.

종종 엠버님들로부터 이렇게

애정어린 소식들을 DM으로 받을 때마다

자녀분들의 성장과정에 엠버가 함께하고 있다는 사실에

뭉클함과, 감사함을 느끼고는 해요.

이번주는 졸업식 그리고 입학식이 참 많은 한 주 였지요.

정들었던 선생님, 친구들과 헤어지고 초등학교에 입학하는

꼬마 엠버들을 축하하는 마음으로 이번 월간엠버를 담았어요.

저는 졸업식, 입학식 날이 구체적으로는 기억이 나지 않아도

가족들과 먹었던 점심 한 끼,

그때 느꼈던 행복한 감정이 진하게 남는 것 같아요.

사실 꼬마엠버들의 초등학교 입학은

곧 엠버의 졸업을 의미하기도 하답니다.

길게 입어도 1학년 까지 입을 수 있는 것 같아요.

엠버와 함께 성장한 아이가 졸업을 하는 건

시원섭섭한 마음이지만 아이들이

건강하게 자라 입학 해주어 고맙습니다.

언젠간 위 사연처럼 성인이 되어 엠버로

돌아와 줄 일이 생기지 않을까요?

<Congratulations on Your Entrance! Even After 10 Years>

Ding Dong! A DM has arrived to Amber’s account. 16 years ago, there was a little girl who entered school in Amber’s red coat. Now she has become an adult, wearing Amber’s adult padding and her little sister now wears Amber. This is very sweet news to us. There are many times that Ambers write heartfelt DMs to us, sharing the growth of the children who grew up with Amber. This always touches our hearts and makes us give thanks. This week was a week of graduations and entrances. This month’s Amber’s monthly is for all those children who had to say goodbye to their teachers and friends and are starting school. I cannot remember my graduations and entrances in detail but remember the happy feeling of having lunch together on that day with my family. Many people had said how they were able to relate.

I was so thankful, seeing the comments by the Ambers who related. Actually, the entrance of the little ones to school means for them graduating Amber. Even if it was worn for a long time, it would be until they are in the first grade. It is a happy, yet sad feeling, but all we want if for our children to be healthy. Like the child who became an adult wearing Amber, wouldn’t there be a time that she would return back to us? We encourage the bright days of our little Ambers!
