손도 마음도 따뜻하게 해 줄 2022 엠버 어글리 머그!

행복한 연말, 바람도 불고 손도 시립지만

마음만은 따뜻하길 바라는 마음으로 준비했어요!

연말이 되니 2022년도 한 해를 엠버와 함께 해주셔서

감사한 이 마음을 어떻게 표현 할 수 있을지 고민되더라구요.

여러 후보가 나왔는데 엠버와

가장 잘 어울리는 '어글리 머그’를 선택했답니다.

손으로 하나 하나 정성스레 빚어진 머그가

우리의 마음을 가장 잘 전달 할 수 있겠더라구요 :)

소예도예 공방팀과 함께 만들었어요.

어글리 머그라는 아이템을 선정 후 팀과 머리를 맞대어 고민한 끝에

22FW 시즌에 가장 사랑받은 냥이 일러스트를 메인 디자인으로.

사이즈는 엄마들이 커피 한 잔 마실 수 있으면서도

시리얼을 타먹을 수 있는 크기로 정했어요.

돌이켜 보니 너무 좋은 아이디어였어요.

엄마하고 아이들하고 함께 쓰는게 좋지요!

그래서 조금은 납작하고 넓은 형태로 틀을 잡게 되었답니다.

컬러는 크리스마스레드와 블루로!

그런데 막상 가마에서 나오니

크리스마스레드와는 거리가 멀었어요.

채도가 좀 낮아 오히려 다홍에 가까워

팀과 논의 끝에 브라운으로 바꾸기로 했답니다.

짜잔! 브라운으로 바꾸니 차분하니 마음에 쏙 들었어요.

샘플 작업이 끝나고 본격적 작업이 들어가기 전엔 냥이 일러스트를

또렷하지 않은 터치감으로 그려넣는 방향으로 손맛을 더 해주었어요.

크리스마스엔 1250도의 행복을 나누자

도자공방에서1250도의 가마에 굽고 구워 탄생시킨 머그예요.

엠버가 바라던 행복의 온도가 있다면 아마 1250도인 것 같아요.

머그를 포장할 때 재활용 해서 사용하셨으면 좋겠더라구요.

그래서 천파우치로 포장해서 보내드렸어요.

실도 일부러 칭칭 세 네 번 감았어요.

실이 어느 정도 길어야 재활용 하실테니깐요~!

(푸실 땐 좀 불편하셨을거예요^_^;)

크리스마스 전에 모두 받으시길 바라는 마음에

오후 내내 택배 포장했지만

정성스런 후기에 너무 행복했답니다.

요즘 정말 사진 잘 찍어주시는 분들 많은 것 같아요.

머그가 저리 예뻤었나요 뿌듯합니다!회사에서도,

엠버님들도 포장도 컵도 너무 긔엽다며!

후후 성…공?! 내년엔 머그를 판매 해야겠어요.

<The 2022 Amber Ugly Mug that will make your hands and heart feel warm>

Happy holidays! Winds are blowing and our hands are cold, but we have prepared this hoping to warm you up. As it is the end of the year, we look back at 2022 —the year that we were with Amber and were thinking about how we can show our heart of thanksgiving. There were many different items that were mentioned, but we thought that what suited Amber the most was the ‘Ugly Mug’. One by one we made it with our hands, and now we would like to deliver it with our hearts 😊 We made it with the SoeDoe handcrafting team. After choosing the item, we decided to use the most loved cat illustration of the 22 FW season. The size is the perfect size for moms to drink coffee in. It is perfect for moms and children to use together! That is why it is a bit flat. The colors are Christmas and blue! But after coming out of the furnace, it is a bit different from the Christmas mood as it was more of a scarlet, so after discussing with the team, we have changed the color into brown. Tada! The brown made it very calm and perfect. After sampling, we went into work and added more hand touches into it. On Christmas, let us share the 1,250 degrees It is a mug that has been created in a furnace that was 1,250 degrees. This is the temperature of that Amber wants for its happiness. When we were wrapping the mugs, we wanted to be eco-friendly, we used fabric pouches and tied it with strings. It is because the strings have to be long enough to be used again~! (It may be a bit difficult to unravel ^_^😉) We hoped that you received it before Christmas. There were so many great pictures and made me think again of how pretty the mugs came out to be! Ambers have said that they loved the cups and maybe next year, we can sell them! There were many DMs that requested for its sale. I think that it is cute too—cute enough to buy 😊 Thank you for being with Amber this Christmas. May you and your family have happiness to be 1,250 degrees! We wish you a Merry Christmas!
